Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day dispatch activities for intercity and within-city missions
  • Plan and assign drivers and vehicles, including weekends and holidays
  • Maintain vehicle registration, licensing and insurance documentation
  • Monitor logbooks and mileage versus fuel consumption
  • Generate incident reports for accidents and coordinate with insurance focal points
  • Generate daily vehicle status reports
  • Provide inputs for driver evaluations

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field with 2 years relevant professional experience, or High School diploma with 4 years relevant professional experience
