Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day dispatch activities for intercity and within-city missions
- Plan and assign drivers and vehicles, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain vehicle registration, licensing and insurance documentation
- Monitor logbooks and mileage versus fuel consumption
- Generate incident reports for accidents and coordinate with insurance focal points
- Generate daily vehicle status reports
- Provide inputs for driver evaluations
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field with 2 years relevant professional experience, or High School diploma with 4 years relevant professional experience
