Senior Supply Chain Associate (CCCM)

Coordinates procurement, fleet and supply chain operations for IOM Caracas, supporting purchasing, contract tracking, warehousing and asset management while supervising junior supply chain staff.

• Coordinate procurement activities from purchase requests through delivery and supplier payment
• Support complex and higher-value purchases and procurement planning
• Provide technical guidance on specifications, procurement instructions and procedures
• Identify and evaluate local and international suppliers and service providers
• Track contracts, agreements, procurement plans and schedules
• Support property, asset, warehouse, insurance, maintenance and transportation activities
• Coordinate supply chain operations with UN agencies, partners and government authorities
• Supervise and train junior supply chain staff

• University degree in business administration, accounting, logistics, supply chain management or a related field with four years of relevant professional experience, or high school diploma with six years
• Experience in project administrative and logistics management
• Experience using administrative management systems and ERP platforms with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience supervising personnel and coordinating logistics operations
• Fluency in Spanish

• Special short-term contract with initial duration until 31 December 2026
