Responsibilities
- Assess psychosocial hazards and identify current and anticipated staff support needs
- Provide culturally sensitive and trauma-informed individual and group counselling
- Deliver crisis counselling during emergencies and after critical incidents
- Promote staff wellbeing through events, initiatives and awareness materials
- Build a referral network for culturally appropriate mental-health support
- Maintain ethical standards for psychological services and confidential practice
- Complete activity statistics, reporting and end-of-assignment documentation
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Psychology, Psychiatry or demonstrably equivalent studies
- At least five years of progressively responsible postgraduate professional experience in a relevant field
- Fluency in Arabic
- National or resident status with a legal permit or ID to work in Gaza
- English CV uploaded in Workday
