Social Mobilization Team Leader Consultant

Lead UNICEF’s U-Report On The Move mobilisation in Italian reception centres, coordinating social mobilisers who engage unaccompanied and separated children and other young migrants and refugees, strengthen participation, and relay insights to improve outreach.

• Coordinate and supervise the social mobilisation team
• Plan U-Report On The Move outreach in reception centres
• Engage unaccompanied and separated children and young migrants
• Build trusted participation with vulnerable youth and local partners
• Monitor mobilisation activities and consolidate field feedback
• Report outreach results, risks and lessons to UNICEF

• At least 4 years of experience in youth engagement or social mobilisation
• Experience working with vulnerable young people
• Experience coordinating a team
• Fluency in Italian and in either English or French

• National consultancy based remotely with travel
