Responsibilities
- Guide, train and supervise general service staff in the Executive Secretary office
- Screen, route and follow up confidential correspondence and communications for the Executive Secretary
- Proofread documents for signature and verify approvals, presentation and accuracy
- Manage the Executive Secretary schedule, calls, online communications and travel arrangements
- Maintain leave, attendance, speech, presentation and office records
- Draft responses to complex information requests and prepare confidential material
- Coordinate with divisions, headquarters and subregional and national offices on executive matters
- Prepare meeting materials, data presentations and reports for executive decision-making
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least ten years of relevant administrative, finance, accounting, audit or human resources experience, reduced to eight years with a first-level university degree or higher
- Relevant experience in protocol matters
- English and Spanish at UN Level III across reading, writing, listening and speaking
- Authorisation to work in Chile and ability to meet local recruitment conditions
