Responsibilities

  • Guide, train and supervise general service staff in the Office of the Executive Secretary
  • Screen, route and follow up confidential correspondence and written communications
  • Manage documentation, records, calls and queries addressed to the Executive Secretary
  • Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, leave and attendance records
  • Maintain office files, speech records, presentations and publication stocks
  • Coordinate with divisions and subregional and national offices
  • Support meetings, press interviews and press conferences involving the Executive Secretary
  • Assist with data collection, presentations, reports and information materials

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least ten years of experience in administrative services, finance, accounting, audit, human resources or a related area, reduced to eight years with a first-level university degree
  • Relevant experience in protocol matters
  • English and Spanish are required
  • Applicants must be authorised to work in Chile
