Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, implement and monitor AVR project activities
- Compile and analyse information on project topics for relevant stakeholders
- Conduct individual protection screening for migrants on arrival
- Support case plans for survivors of GBV, trafficking, children at risk and people with health or psychosocial needs
- Coordinate referrals to legal, health, psychosocial, family tracing, GBV and child protection services
- Maintain privacy, confidentiality, informed consent and case documentation
- Prepare reports, casework summaries and protection assessment inputs
- Support training, partner monitoring and standard operating procedure development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with four years of professional experience, or high school diploma with six years of professional experience
- Experience in protection case management for survivors of GBV, human trafficking, children at risk or similar groups in humanitarian or migration contexts
- Experience working with vulnerable persons, ideally including returnees or deported migrants with complex needs
- Experience with referrals and coordination with local protection actors, NGOs or government services
