Responsibilities
- Support implementation of HRMMU communication strategy
- Produce communication and reporting materials including social media text, stories, press releases, images, videos and infographics
- Maintain and update official websites and social media content
- Monitor social media trends and advise on campaigns and digital products
- Organize public online and offline events including report launches and Human Rights Day activities
- Contribute to joint UN digital communication campaigns with a human rights angle
- Monitor HRMMU media coverage
- Maintain stocks of communication products and visibility materials
Requirements
- Excellent drafting skills in English
- Specialization in communication, journalism, international relations, media relations, public information, marketing or a related field
- A first-level university degree with one additional year of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree
