- Represent member needs on supply chain, sustainability, technical operations, and aircraft data programs
- Represent IATA programs in industry workshops, conferences, and stakeholder forums
- Lead work on the IATA MRO SmartHub advocacy platform and related cooperation
- Support ICAO, ICCAIA, OEM, MRO, lessor, EASA, FAA, and industry-association engagements
- Serve as secretary for assigned working groups and support departmental leadership
