Senior Legal Counsel Advocacy and Industry Regulation

• Advise on complex international air law, administrative law, litigation, dispute resolution, and economic regulation
• Manage litigation and appeals related to regulated charges at airports and infrastructure facilities
• Advise on airport slots, the Worldwide Airport Slot Guidelines, and national legislation
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, information papers, and correspondence
• Mentor junior team members and peer review legal work
• Deliver presentations to airline members and manage external counsel budgets and performance
