Responsibilities
- Screen staff, visitors and vehicles entering OSCE premises
- Issue visitor badges and maintain entry and exit logs
- Prevent unauthorised access and escalate incidents to security focal points
- Open and close premises and check office safety after hours
- Monitor video surveillance systems and report suspicious situations
- Control movement of OSCE property into and out of premises
- Patrol facilities during and after business hours
- Serve as backup driver and first point of contact outside business hours
Requirements
- Secondary education
- Driving licence and ability to drive four-wheel-drive vehicles with manual and automatic gear boxes
- Minimum one year of experience in security functions in a large private enterprise, bank, national organisation or international organisation
- Working knowledge of English and fluency in Romanian and Russian
- Computer literacy with practical experience using Microsoft applications
- Vacancy is open only to nationals of OSCE participating States

- Monthly remuneration: EUR 647.58 subject to social security deduction
- OSCE salaries are exempt from taxation in Moldova
- Social benefits include Cigna medical insurance and the OSCE Provident Fund
- OSCE does not reimburse interview, test, visa or relocation expenses
- Age limit of 62 at appointment normally applies because the post carries a two-year obligation
