Overview
IOM seeks a consultant enumerator in Kazakhstan to conduct Return Migrant Survey interviews for its Mobility Tracking Matrix programme, collect and validate field data, and report on returned migrants' profiles, needs and intentions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face and follow-up interviews with returned migrants
- Record observations, obtain written consent for photos and develop a return migrant story
- Prepare fieldwork plans, daily records and a narrative report on data collection
- Coordinate schedules and target areas with field supervisors, community focal points and IOM
- Check data accuracy and upload completed survey forms into Kobo
- Apply IOM data protection, confidentiality and informed consent standards
Requirements
- Minimum high school or diploma, with relevant formal education for the assignment
- At least two years of experience conducting community and household assessments and surveys
- Knowledge and understanding of the relationship between migration and development
- Oral and written fluency in Kazakh and Russian
