Supports humanitarian assistance operations in refugee-hosting sites, helping monitor field activities, protection mainstreaming, partner coordination, reporting and administrative follow-up

Responsibilities

  • Assist implementation of humanitarian assistance activities against workplans and budgets
  • Monitor and quality-control field team, partner and vendor activities
  • Maintain partnerships with local authorities and other local partners
  • Support protection mainstreaming and reduction of protection concerns at refugee-hosting sites
  • Report challenges or risks affecting beneficiaries, staff or partners
  • Collect and analyse information for monitoring and regular reporting
  • Coordinate administrative procedures with finance and procurement teams
  • Support field visits, logistics preparations and local coordination meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social work, gender, development studies, international relations or a related field with at least three years of relevant working experience, or high school degree with at least five years of relevant working experience
  • Experience supporting humanitarian or development programmes, preferably targeting populations on the move
  • Experience with government coordination
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
