Responsibilities

  • Assist organisation of trainings and policy events on transforming care systems
  • Draft background notes and concept notes through research
  • Identify resource persons and speakers and prepare agendas and speaker biographies
  • Support training and workshop assessment surveys and compile activity reports
  • Provide logistics support including notetaking, participant coordination, fact-checking and documentation
  • Support outreach and visual design of concept notes, presentations and social media assets
  • Provide ad hoc support to Centre team members for activity organisation

Requirements

  • Academic background in international development, gender studies, social sciences or another subject relevant to the position at university level
  • Enrolled in a postgraduate degree programme, final year of a first university degree, a mandatory national service programme, or recently graduated and able to start within two years of graduation
  • Fluency in English is required
