Responsibilities

  • Track website and digital content review cycles and coordinate feedback and revisions
  • Liaise with designers, consultants, vendors and service providers for communications materials
  • Collate and process social media and digital communications analytics and prepare summary reports
  • Coordinate internal review and approval of communications and knowledge products
  • Support post-event communications, content organisation and documentation of outputs and results
  • Coordinate feedback collection and follow-up actions for communications and knowledge-sharing activities

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in digital communications, educational technology, journalism, public relations or related fields, or first-level university degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
  • Minimum two years of professional experience in strategic communications, advocacy or online communications, web publishing, electronic networks or related fields
  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills
