Responsibilities
- Support development, implementation and evaluation of ASYCUDA and Single Window projects
- Analyse customs legislation, regulations and procedures from a customs automation perspective
- Prepare functional specifications for additional customs-system functionalities
- Advise national customs services on ASYCUDA extensions and electronic documents
- Conduct research, surveys and analysis on customs automation and project implementation
- Prepare reports, studies, meeting documents and presentations
- Deliver training workshops, seminars and presentations
- Coordinate budget, funding and project reporting activities
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in business administration, management, economics or a related field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management, administration or a related area, including digitalisation of customs procedures
- English is required
