Responsibilities
- Research and analyse qualitative and quantitative programme information for reports, working papers and presentations
- Prepare monitoring information against agreed performance indicators for management and accountability
- Monitor section budgets and financial expenditure in line with UNICEF rules and advise on follow-up actions
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc financial reports for the country office and donors
- Develop training materials and support programme capacity-building exercises
- Draft meeting minutes, partner correspondence and workshop reports and follow up agreed actions
- Organise programme workshops with partners from planning through documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Office management, planning and prioritisation capability
- Ability to manage section resources and monitor budgets
- Analytical capability for programme information and reporting
- Experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
