Procurement Associate

Deliver procurement for UNDP Ukraine's area-based recovery projects by planning and running competitive processes, preparing purchase orders and committee submissions, reviewing specifications, managing contracts and controls, researching markets and sharing procurement guidance.

Department: Area-Based Recovery Programme

• Prepare and monitor project procurement plans
• Run RFQ, ITB and RFP processes and evaluations
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts and committee submissions
• Review terms of reference and technical specifications
• Maintain contract controls and procurement records
• Conduct market research and share procurement guidance

• Secondary education, with a relevant university degree receiving consideration
• At least six years of relevant experience with secondary education, or three years with a bachelor degree
• Procurement or supply-chain experience
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian

• National position
• Duty station may be Dnipro, Kharkiv or Mykolaiv
