Responsibilities
- Implement procurement strategies and policies aligned with UNDP rules and transparency principles
- Maintain procurement procedures, process maps and workflow support for the country office
- Organise requests for quotation, invitations to bid, proposals, bid receipt and evaluations
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, vendor profiles and buyer profiles in e-procurement systems
- Maintain supplier lists and implement supplier selection and evaluation procedures
- Train operations staff, national partners and suppliers on procurement and e-procurement modules
Requirements
- Secondary education, or bachelor degree in Business Management, Public Administration, Finance, Economics or an equivalent field as an advantage
- Minimum 7 years with secondary education or 4 years with bachelor degree of progressively responsible administrative experience
- Experience using computers and office software with extensive knowledge of ERP or web-based management systems
- French fluency
