Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of compensation policies and programmes for headquarters and field offices
- Review compensation policies against ADB strategic HR and reward principles
- Oversee salary benchmarking and salary-range development
- Design and implement annual salary review processes and supporting IT requirements
- Lead design and implementation of benefits and allowance policies across locations
- Oversee market benchmarking and enhancement proposals for benefits and allowances
- Participate in job evaluation and integrate grading decisions into salary benchmarking
- Manage the Reward Policy team and handle complex reward-related questions
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field, or university degree with at least five years of specialised experience in similar organisations
- At least twelve years of relevant experience across human resource management
- International experience working in several countries
- Experience designing reward policies across multiple countries
- Experience in market benchmarking, budgeting and financial modelling for compensation and benefits
- Strong supervisory skills and ability to organise, lead and manage a team
- Nationality of an ADB member country

- Relocation to Manila is required and reasonable relocation expenses are covered
- Fixed-term appointment for an initial period of three years
- Appointment may be extended once for up to two years, converted to regular appointment or ended after the initial period
