Responsibilities
- Map nutrition social and behaviour change interventions and identify behavioural and implementation gaps
- Develop a harmonised nutrition behaviour-change framework, audience segments and message package
- Update training modules and facilitate training of trainers for implementing partners
- Mentor frontline nutrition workers and integrate behaviour-change methods into service delivery
- Develop behavioural indicators and strengthen monitoring and data-collection tools
- Coordinate nutrition campaigns, technical working groups and partner learning
- Document good practices and contribute to programme reviews and donor reports
Requirements
- University degree in public health, nutrition, social and behavioural sciences, health communication, anthropology or a related field
- At least seven years of experience designing and implementing social and behaviour change programmes
- Experience in formative research, behavioural analysis, audience segmentation and communication-material development
- Fluency in Burmese
- Advanced spoken and written English
- Myanmar nationality
