Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

Designs, configures and integrates Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for ITU, supporting sales processes, activity management, dashboards, data migration and AI-enabled productivity features.

Department: Information Services Department

• Lead design, configuration and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules
• Design activity-management workflows for meeting preparation, context gathering and follow-up
• Integrate CRM workflows with Outlook and Microsoft Teams
• Design interfaces between Dynamics 365 and legacy CRM systems
• Use Azure Logic Apps and Functions to exchange data between SAP CRM and Dynamics 365
• Implement monitoring, error handling and notifications for integrations
• Embed Microsoft Copilot productivity features in CRM processes
• Develop dashboards, reports, documentation, training materials and post-implementation support

• University degree in business administration, computer science or a related field, or equivalent advanced education diploma
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience relevant to the Special Service Agreement
• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities and Activities within Dynamics 365 Sales
• Experience designing interfaces and integrations between Dynamics 365 and legacy systems
• Advanced knowledge of English

• Consultancy is for six months with possible extension
• Remuneration is USD 230-420 per working day depending on consultant experience
