- Prepare and analyse actinides in safeguards samples using mass spectrometry
- Coordinate inspection sample and quality-control workflows
- Develop and follow analytical procedures and quality-control charts
- Maintain analytical and ancillary equipment for reliable results
- Support laboratory operation and quality standards
- Implement improved methodologies for high-accuracy actinide analysis
Requirements
- University degree in physical science, analytical chemistry, geochemistry or a related field
- Minimum five years of experience working with Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometry
- Excellent oral and written command of English
- Medical clearance and radiation health monitoring as an Occupationally Exposed Worker
