• Lead global thought leadership and frontier approaches on efficient markets, value chains and innovation ecosystems
• Define model policies, laws, regulations and institutional approaches for the unit core agenda
• Provide technical inputs and quality reviews for analytics, advisory and lending operations
• Collaborate across technical, geographic and institutional boundaries to implement scalable solutions
• Lead technical excellence, learning and talent development within the team
• Align knowledge generation with solutions delivery, replication and impact monitoring
