Coordinates WFP IT support in Dollo Ado, maintaining systems, hardware, networks and telecommunications; monitoring reliability and protection; resolving user issues; implementing applications and service improvements; producing technical documentation; training users and junior staff; and supporting emergency operations.

• Maintain systems, hardware, networks and telecommunications equipment
• Monitor reliability and protection and recommend IT solutions
• Resolve user queries and escalate complex incidents
• Coordinate application implementation and service improvements
• Train users and junior support staff and maintain documentation

• Completed secondary education
• Six years of progressively responsible IT experience
• Solid digital-solutions and data-management experience
• Fluent spoken and written English
