Investment Specialist

Originates and processes private-sector infrastructure finance, leading due diligence, transaction structuring, approvals, co-financing relationships, strategic inputs and junior staff oversight.

Department: Private Sector Operations Department

• Originate and screen private-sector infrastructure investments
• Lead due diligence, financial modelling and risk mitigation
• Structure loans, equity, guarantees and co-financing
• Manage internal approvals and legal documentation
• Implement transactions through financial close and handover
• Build relationships with lenders, investors and governments
• Contribute to country strategies and private-sector policy
• Supervise and develop junior staff

• University degree in business administration, finance or a related field
• At least six years of private-sector finance experience
• Hands-on infrastructure investment processing experience
• Excellent written and verbal English

• Based at ADB Headquarters in Manila
