Associate IT Officer (Videoconference Engineering)

Engineers enterprise videoconference and meeting-room solutions, integrating Teams and Zoom, resolving escalations, managing deployments and improving resilient collaboration services.

Department: Information Technology Department

• Engineer and support meeting-room collaboration solutions
• Diagnose videoconference and network issues
• Coordinate vendors, clients and preventive maintenance
• Test and deploy hardware, software and system updates
• Lead technical improvement projects and escalations
• Evaluate new collaboration technologies
• Set provisioning standards and maintain documentation

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field
• At least five years designing and operating enterprise videoconference systems
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal English

• Based at ADB Headquarters in Manila
