Responsibilities
- Coordinate substantive and logistical arrangements for official missions and senior activities
- Review briefing materials for the Special Coordinator’s speaking engagements
- Research and coordinate development of the system-wide PSEA strategy
- Track progress, analyse materials and coordinate stakeholder follow-up
- Facilitate PSEA working groups, meetings and knowledge-exchange platforms
- Manage Office correspondence and internal and external information sharing
- Support resource mobilisation, donor reporting and budget proposals
- Prepare summaries, talking points and key messages for senior audiences
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in peace and security, humanitarian or political affairs, gender-based violence, sexual exploitation and abuse, development studies or a related field
- At least two years of experience supporting the front office of a senior official
- Fluency in written and spoken English
