Individual Giving and Donor Engagement Associate

This UN Volunteer assignment supports UNICEF Bangladesh's private sector fundraising team with individual giving operations, donor engagement, donor data coordination and administrative follow-up for local fundraising activities.

Department: Private Sector Fundraising and Partnerships Team

• Support day-to-day administration and coordination of individual giving and local fundraising activities
• Assist donor acquisition, retention follow-up and donor journey coordination
• Track donor data and maintain CRM-related updates
• Coordinate with payment platform partners, service providers and internal teams
• Prepare basic reports, updates, trackers and organised documents
• Support fundraising events, donor engagement activities and activations
• Help ensure donor information and payment-related follow-up are handled professionally

• Relevant background in business administration, marketing, communications, journalism, international relations, development studies, social sciences, economics, public policy, English or another relevant field
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in administration, coordination, office support, customer service, communications, event support, fundraising support, donor relations, private sector engagement or a related area
• Good administrative, coordination, follow-up and organisational skills
• Ability to support donor data follow-up, payment platform coordination, CRM updates, reporting inputs and donor engagement activities
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and online collaboration platforms
• English and Bengali are required
