ICT Change Management Officer

The officer leads change management for WIPO’s IT transformation initiatives, developing impact assessments, stakeholder and communication plans, adoption roadmaps and learning programmes, measuring uptake and advising project teams so technology changes deliver sustained organizational benefits.

Department: Business and Quality Management Unit

• Develop change frameworks and plans for IT initiatives
• Assess impacts, risks, stakeholders and user readiness
• Design communication, training and adoption roadmaps
• Engage executive sponsors and business partners
• Define metrics and evaluate technology adoption
• Develop learning strategies for technical staff
• Promote organization-wide change management methods

• First-level university degree in a relevant field
• At least six years of change management experience using industry-standard methods
• Hands-on project management experience covering budgets, planning and stakeholders
• Experience leading change initiatives in multicultural environments
• Excellent written and spoken English

• Temporary appointments may be renewed up to a cumulative maximum of two years
