Responsibilities
- Handle business-related inquiries and complaints from UNICEF staff across locations
- Investigate, analyse and resolve business and GSSC service issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with business and technical subject-matter experts at GSSC and headquarters offices
- Maintain the knowledge-base library and support work shadowing
- Provide customer-care support that sustains business continuity for UNICEF services
Requirements
- Secondary education supplemented with formal training in information systems, telecommunications, engineering, business, administration, finance or human resources
- At least 5 years of practical work experience in business, administration, finance, human resources or equivalent qualifications
- Experience providing technical or business application support and practical working knowledge of computer platforms and applications
- Applicants must be nationals of Hungary or EU/Schengen countries, or already hold valid long-term Hungarian residence and work permits
- Fluency in English
