HR Business Partner, ASRO, Client Services and Outreach Branch

UNFPA seeks an HR Business Partner to manage the interface between business units and Human Resources for the Arab States Regional Office, driving HR programmes and client services. The role supervises a team of HR Specialists and Assistants and reports to the Deputy HR Director.

• Manage business-HR interface and guide client managers on HR policy application
• Lead talent management, performance and career development programmes
• Coordinate organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives
• Provide workforce planning and HR analytics support
• Manage recruitment and staffing activities for national and international staff
• Supervise a team of HR Specialists and Assistants

• Advanced university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Extensive progressive experience in HR business partnering
