Finance Senior Analyst - Treasury and Investment Management

Supports UNOPS treasury middle-office operations as deputy team lead, managing banking, investment, cash-management, treasury-risk and systems work that protects assets and improves global financial operations.

Department: Finance Group, Treasury Middle Office

• Monitor global bank accounts, cash positions and forecasts across currencies
• Improve cash-management and forecasting accuracy and efficiency
• Investigate payment discrepancies and support bank-reconciliation resolution
• Authorize payment instructions in compliance with treasury requirements
• Test and implement bank connectivity with finance and IT teams
• Lead execution and review of treasury, foreign-exchange and investment transactions
• Develop dashboards and analytical insights on treasury risks and transactions
• Advise field offices on alternative payment solutions and escalated treasury queries

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or master’s degree or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience in finance in banking or treasury is required
• Experience using a treasury system is required
• Fluent English is required

• IICA regular contract is ongoing subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds
