Responsibilities
- Support preparation and monitoring of controls, processes, inventories and management tools
- Assist administrative and logistical arrangements for workshops, trainings, meetings and events
- Support compliance with UNOPS administrative policies and regulations
- Open, identify, store and maintain administrative, procurement and human-resources files
- Register, code, distribute and follow up incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide temporary administrative coverage for reception, user support and document management
- Maintain digital and physical files for finance payment records and bank guarantees
- Support petty-cash reimbursement review and regional and local indicator monitoring
Requirements
- Diversified-level education is required
- Current university studies or university graduation within the last 3 years is required
- No professional experience is required
- Availability for 40 hours per week is required
- Native Spanish is required
