Responsibilities

  • Support preparation and monitoring of controls, processes, inventories and management tools
  • Assist administrative and logistical arrangements for workshops, trainings, meetings and events
  • Support compliance with UNOPS administrative policies and regulations
  • Open, identify, store and maintain administrative, procurement and human-resources files
  • Register, code, distribute and follow up incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Provide temporary administrative coverage for reception, user support and document management
  • Maintain digital and physical files for finance payment records and bank guarantees
  • Support petty-cash reimbursement review and regional and local indicator monitoring

Requirements

  • Diversified-level education is required
  • Current university studies or university graduation within the last 3 years is required
  • No professional experience is required
  • Availability for 40 hours per week is required
  • Native Spanish is required
