Responsibilities
- Act as focal point for resource mobilisation capacity building across OHCHR
- Lead resource mobilisation training at headquarters, regional and country levels
- Write training modules, presentations and audience-specific materials
- Develop standard tools, templates and guidelines for resource mobilisation
- Advise divisions, branches and field offices on policies, strategies and priorities
- Promote relevant tools internally and externally and explore improved training methods
Requirements
- Professional experience in external relations, donor relations, resource mobilisation or capacity building is required
- Ability to design and deliver training materials and tools is required
- Experience advising organisational units on strategies, policies or approaches is required
- Strong drafting, research and presentation skills are required
