Education Specialist

Supports UNICEF Timor-Leste education programme preparation, planning and implementation to improve learning outcomes and universal access to quality, equitable and inclusive education, with focus on early childhood and system strengthening.

• Support education programme development and planning
• Contribute to implementation and monitoring of education programmes
• Strengthen learning outcomes and access to inclusive quality education
• Support education policy analysis, sector planning and partnership coordination
• Contribute to project development and system strengthening

• Advanced university degree in education, economics, psychology, sociology, development studies or related field
• At least five years of relevant work experience in programme management, planning, education research, early childhood development or preschool education
• Fluency in English
