E T Consultant - Legal Analyst

Provides legal analyst support to IFC teams on blended finance, trust funds and debt mobilisation, preparing transaction documents, supporting policy and compliance work, and contributing to legal knowledge management.

• Prepare, review and negotiate loan documentation, mandate letters, term sheets and performance-based initiative side letters for blended finance projects
• Prepare, review and negotiate trust fund administration agreements, framework agreements and other trust fund documents
• Provide legal support on policies and procedures applicable to blended finance and trust fund operations
• Develop written guidance, webpages, specimens, forms and templates for blended finance and trust fund activities
• Prepare, review and negotiate participation agreements, credit insurance policies, loan agreements, intercreditor agreements and non-disclosure agreements for syndications products
• Provide legal support for new debt mobilisation initiatives and related policies and procedures
• Liaise with external counsel on debt mobilisation transactions and programmes
• Provide general legal and administrative coordination support within CLED and other IFC departments
