Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and negotiate loan documentation, mandate letters, term sheets and performance-based initiative side letters for blended finance projects
  • Prepare, review and negotiate trust fund administration agreements, framework agreements and other trust fund documents
  • Provide legal support on policies and procedures applicable to blended finance and trust fund operations
  • Develop written guidance, webpages, specimens, forms and templates for blended finance and trust fund activities
  • Prepare, review and negotiate participation agreements, credit insurance policies, loan agreements, intercreditor agreements and non-disclosure agreements for syndications products
  • Provide legal support for new debt mobilisation initiatives and related policies and procedures
  • Liaise with external counsel on debt mobilisation transactions and programmes
  • Provide general legal and administrative coordination support within CLED and other IFC departments
