Digital Training Production Coordinator

Coordinates digital training production for the INTERPOL Global Academy, turning operational learning needs into digital products and training programmes. The role manages development workflows, advises on learning technologies and maintains partnerships in law-enforcement education.

Department: INTERPOL Global Academy

• Manage digital training development projects and production workflows
• Identify training needs and develop digital and operational training programmes
• Advise member countries and partners on digital training technologies and good practice
• Coordinate content production, quality assurance and delivery for digital learning products
• Maintain partnerships with police academies, international organisations and external digital learning partners
• Manage team and unit performance against business and working plans

• University degree of at least three to four years, preferably in education, digital training or a related discipline
• Certification related to digital training management, digital learning development or e-learning development tools
• At least five years of experience in digital training development and related project management
• Experience in planning and managing complex tasks with minimal supervision
• Professional fluency in English

• Fixed-term contract for 36 months
