Department: Youth Empowerment Portfolio in Asia and the Pacific

• Map UNDP country-office and regional initiatives relevant to open and inclusive public spheres
• Research governance, civic-engagement and youth-participation initiatives across Asia and the Pacific
• Collect, clean, categorise and tag information in the provided data template
• Analyse trends, thematic overlaps, geographic gaps and key actors
• Identify potential entry points for UNDP regional engagement
• Prepare a concise report with visualisations and key findings

• Background or demonstrated interest in governance, civic engagement, youth participation, international development or a related field
• Familiarity with the Asia-Pacific regional context
• Strong desk-research and information-synthesis skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or similar data tools
• Strong written English
