Design and Develop a Holistic Education Model for Adolescents

A four-person online volunteer team will design a one-year holistic education model for adolescents in rural India. Contributors build the programme framework, well-being and experiential learning modules, assessment tools, life-skills content and implementation guidance for a school pilot.

• Develop a one-year education framework aligned with SDG 4
• Define learning outcomes, competencies and age-based curriculum flow
• Create learning readiness, emotional awareness and classroom engagement modules
• Design project-based learning and monthly community engagement activities
• Develop non-clinical student profiling and progress tracking tools
• Create life-skills modules and teacher guidance for diverse learners
• Consolidate contributions into an implementation-ready programme document

• Background in education, psychology, child development, youth development, social work or a related field
• Strong research, writing and communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote team
• Role-relevant experience in programme design, adolescent well-being, experiential learning or student assessment

• Online volunteers provide desk-based programme development and will not work directly with children or offer clinical advice
