Localization of Anti-Corruption Training for MSMEs in Ukraine

Localises and delivers UNODC anti-corruption training for Ukrainian micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. The consultancy adapts legal and business-integrity content, facilitates workshops and a multi-stakeholder round table, and documents lessons for recovery and reconstruction.

• Develop an inception methodology, workplan and assignment timeline
• Translate and localise UNODC anti-corruption training for Ukrainian MSMEs
• Adapt case studies to Ukrainian law, business-integrity standards and reconstruction priorities
• Deliver training sessions and collect evidence of strengthened company compliance systems
• Engage public, private, civil-society and United Nations stakeholders
• Organise a multi-stakeholder round table on business integrity
• Produce final training materials, lessons learned and round-table recommendations

• Advanced degree in law, business, management, education, social science, humanities or a related field, or a first degree with two additional years of experience
• At least five years of private-sector compliance or anti-corruption programme experience
• Experience delivering integrity and anti-corruption capacity building in Ukraine
• Knowledge of Ukrainian anti-corruption law
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian

• Home-based consultancy from September to December 2026
• Training and the round table will be delivered in Kyiv or an alternative Ukrainian city
