Supports evidence-based upgrading of informal settlements in Niterói by extracting and validating public and geospatial data, producing indicators and thematic maps, managing field-data ingestion, supporting urban research, training government partners and maintaining accessible project information.

• Develop and validate urban indicators and data products
• Process public and geospatial data and produce thematic maps
• Manage field-data ingestion, quality and project information files

• Bachelors degree in a listed relevant field or three additional years of experience
• At least four years of urban project or programme experience in Brazil
• Data-analysis and public-policy reporting experience
• GIS software proficiency
• R or Python proficiency
• Portuguese fluency
