Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and evaluate OSCE counter-terrorism programmes and projects
- Monitor thematic counter-terrorism developments and identify gaps, trends and possible responses
- Coordinate portfolio activities with OSCE institutions, field operations and external stakeholders
- Provide expert advice and reporting to OSCE bodies, supervisors and participating States
- Facilitate technical assistance and cooperation among participating States
- Mobilise extra-budgetary funds and identify synergies with project partners
Requirements
- First-level university degree in international relations, political science, criminology, international law, human rights, terrorism studies, security studies or a closely related field
- Minimum seven years of relevant professional experience in political affairs, or five years with a relevant second-level degree
- Professional fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Nationality of an OSCE participating State and nomination by the relevant authority for secondment
