Responsibilities
- Draft background documents, reports, issue briefs, talking points, articles and presentations
- Attend and summarise conferences and meetings
- Support meetings, conferences and side events with UN system partners
- Collect data and conduct research and analysis on relevant counter-terrorism topics
- Maintain databases and support review of key publications
- Prepare training, learning and capacity-building events
- Provide copies of internship materials prepared for the receiving office
Requirements
- Enrolment in or completion of a graduate programme, or enrolment in or completion of the final academic year of a first university degree programme
- Field of study closely related to the internship
- Experience with standard software applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in spoken and written English

- Expected duration: 3 to 6 months with desired start date of 1 September 2026 or sooner
- Internship is unpaid and full-time at 35 hours per week
- Duties may be performed in person at the office or by telework under a hybrid arrangement
