Contracts Officer

Oversee UNICEF individual-consultant contracting at the Global Shared Services Centre, reviewing terms of reference, coordinating sourcing and selection, issuing and closing contracts, resolving escalations, supervising service delivery and improving automated workflows.

• Review terms of reference and contracting requests
• Coordinate consultant sourcing, selection and offers
• Issue, administer and close individual consultant contracts
• Resolve complex contracting escalations
• Supervise team service delivery and stakeholder coordination
• Improve contracting processes through projects and automation

• Bachelor degree in business administration, management, human resources, finance, procurement, international development or a related field
• At least two years of relevant contracting, procurement, administrative or human resources experience
• English proficiency

• Temporary appointment
• Duty-officer rotation may be required
