Responsibilities
- Plan contractual requirements, work programmes and schedules for procurement projects
- Maintain contractor relationships and implement contract compliance and performance-management procedures
- Define performance standards, key indicators and technical evaluation criteria for procurement documents
- Develop quality-assurance plans, compliance checklists and contract risk-mitigation plans
- Assess contractor performance and address poor performance or non-compliance
- Monitor delivery schedules, costs, obligations, amendments, extensions and contractual remedies
- Close contracts, document lessons learned and secure final contractor performance assessments
- Prepare contract-management audit responses and maintain accountable electronic and paper records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate of completion of CIPS Procurement Level 4
- Ten years of progressively responsible experience in contract or quality administration and in supply chain, contract management or procurement of global service contracts
- Experience in supply and management
- Experience using an ERP system such as SAP Umoja
- English at UN Level II in reading, writing, listening and speaking
