Overview

Leads the consultative update of IOM’s institutional Legal Identity Strategy from Athens. The consultant maps external and internal stakeholders, reviews implementation experience, defines priorities and policy positions, and delivers a revised strategy and presentation aligned with IOM’s strategic plan and COMPASS programme.

Responsibilities

  • Map and consult external legal-identity stakeholders
  • Consult member states and IOM offices on priorities and capacity
  • Review strategy implementation and emerging developments
  • Define recommendations, institutional positioning and partnerships
  • Consolidate feedback and build institutional consensus
  • Deliver the revised strategy and validation presentation

Requirements

  • Relevant master degree plus five years, or university degree plus seven years
  • Training-material and toolkit development experience
  • Guide and manual development experience
  • Civil registration and identity-management knowledge
  • English
