Responsibilities

  • Analyse the national legal framework and existing fiscal tools for the investigation guide
  • Define institutional roles for prosecutors, police, forensic experts, municipal legal services and child protection offices during the first 72 hours
  • Design differentiated criminal investigation routes for adult women and for children and adolescents
  • Coordinate with UN Women, the Public Prosecutor, police, forensic experts and specialists to ensure operational applicability
  • Validate the guide technically with the specialised gender prosecution team
  • Deliver a workplan, draft guide, final guide in Word and PDF, executive presentation and training report
  • Conduct a four-hour hybrid training for at least 40 participants from prosecution, forensic and police institutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social, economic or political sciences
  • Postgraduate studies such as master's degree, specialisation or diploma in criminal law, criminal procedure, forensic sciences, gender and justice, or children and adolescent law
  • At least four years of general work experience
  • At least two demonstrated assignments developing, designing or drafting methodological guides, judicial action protocols, criminal investigation manuals or institutional normative texts in criminal or gender-based violence matters
  • Three years of specific experience in fiscal, judicial, criminal or investigative work
