The consultant designs and facilitates adult-learning training for Moroccan Ministry of Interior authority agents, strengthening their ability to train peers on women's rights and violence response.

Responsibilities

  • Propose a training-of-trainers methodology based on andragogy, practice-based learning and participatory approaches
  • Conduct a learning needs assessment for Ministry of Interior authority agents
  • Develop training modules, materials, presentations, case studies and practical exercises
  • Integrate innovative training approaches and interactive communication methods into modules
  • Submit a complete training kit with modules, documentation, agenda and materials
  • Facilitate a two-day training in Rabat
  • Submit a final report covering training delivery, evaluation, learning progress and recommendations

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in andragogy, education, training, organisational management, psychology, social sciences or an equivalent field, or a first-level university degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in training or adult education
  • Fluency in Arabic and French is required
