Responsibilities
- Participate in child protection and youth engagement activities linked to PROSPECTS initiatives
- Support follow-up of PROSPECTS activities by gathering partner information and joining field monitoring visits
- Document progress, challenges and implementation updates for short donor-reporting contributions
- Collect qualitative and quantitative information from partners, children, youth and community members
- Liaise with community structures and local authorities
- Develop human-interest stories, case studies, success stories, lessons learned and good practice notes
- Contribute field observations and youth perspectives in meetings, workshops and learning sessions
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural and social sensitivity for work with partners and community members
- Ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with grassroots community members, religious groups and youth organisations
- Self-motivation and ability to adapt professionally in a challenging environment
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team of international and national personnel
- Proficient digital skills, including Microsoft Office applications, email and internet use
- Applicants aged 20 to 32 will be prioritised
- Applicants should demonstrate learning-to-earning barriers in their motivation statement where relevant
